DELIVERY

IMI Luxury offers delivery domestically, within the UK as well as internationally. IMI Luxury is offering free delivery charges to its esteemed customers till 31st December’ 2010. So, enjoy your IMI shopping experience in this festive season!

We aim to despatch all orders placed, the next day, if your order is in stock for both domestic and international deliveries.

For those products that are not in stock, the delivery time is usually 2 weeks. For security and speed, all orders are shipped using United Business Xpress (UBX)

Packaging

Your IMI Luxury accessories will be sent to you in our signature packaging of a black dust bag and an IMI black luxury box.

Insurance & Lost Goods

All IMI Luxury goods remain the property and responsibility of IMI Luxury until delivered to the specified delivery address and payment has been received in full.

In the unlikely event that the goods are misplaced or damaged on their way to you, IMI Luxury will ensure a replacement is sent directly to you, and can arrange for the collection of any damaged goods.

Any discrepancy of the order contents must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s) to our Customer Services team. Please email us at info@imiluxury.com

Once successful delivery has been made to the specified delivery address and payment has been received in full, you will own the goods and they will cease to be the responsibility of IMI Luxury.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, and Maestro debit cards and any other methods which may be clearly advertised on the Site from time to time. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon placement of your order with IMI Luxury. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to IMI Luxury, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

We take all reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit card transactions on this site are processed using Paypal through a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in its original condition within 14 days of date shown on your dispatch note .

Returns Procedure

You must notify us online before you return a product. In order to do this, you must:

1. Email us at info@imiluxury.com, notifying us of your return. This email should include the order number and product code and reason for the return

2. The parcel must then be returned to our Head Office at IMI Luxury, 47 Gipsy Lane, Leicester, LE4 6RJ.

3. The parcel must be returned in its original packaging.

Refunds

If you return the goods because you claim that the Product is defective or is not what you ordered, we will examine the returned Product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will refund the amount due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of the day we confirmed to you via e-mail that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product. Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full.

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

You must return the Products to us in the condition they were in when delivered to you sealed in their original packaging in a condition suitable for resale. Unless the Products are faulty, we will be entitled to recover any direct costs of having to recover the Products from you and may set such costs off against the amount re-credited to you.

Exchange

It will take approximately 14 working days for you to receive your exchange. We can only offer a replacement of the same product.
